Ingredients
Start with whole grain toast (bread brand recommendations: ezekiel, dave’s killer bread, or SOLO)
½ avocado - Sliced or mashed
Add a pinch of salt & fresh cracked pepper
Optional:
Red pepper flakes
Balsamic glaze drizzled over the top
Additional protein:
Top with fried egg
Top with grilled or smoked salmon
