Ingredients
1 scoop/serving - Protein powder of choice (vanilla or unflavored recommended)
Handful of spinach
8 oz of milk of choice or water
½ avocado
½ frozen banana
Add ice
1 tbs chia seeds for additional nutrition benefits (optional)
One serving of Super Greens
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender (add more ice if desired). Blend on high until smooth.
